Milltronics was founded in 1973 in Richefield Minnesota by Gary Welch. In 2015, the company was acquired by Hurco Companies. Currently, the company is headquartered in Waconia, Minnesota and is publicly traded on the NASDAQ exchange. Currently Milltronics still manufactures and services tool room mills, combo lathes, vertical machining centers, slant bed lathes, and bridgemills.
