Job Description:

Customer Relations Specialist position with one of the most technically driven companies in the used CNC Machine Tool Market. We are looking for a highly motivated person with the strong ability to build relationships with our OEM partners.

This is a full-time position with salary, bonuses, health insurance, IRA, PTO, and other benefits.

Compensation is $30,000+ salary depending on experience plus commission / bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for new CNC machine tool dealers selling or trading-in equipment
  • Cultivate and manage up to 300 OEM partners
  • Build long term business relationships with new machine tool salespersons and dealers
  • Source new business opportunities through lead follow-up, ongoing relationships, and through outbound calls and emails
  • Log opportunities and follow up weekly on prospects
  • Properly assess and value CNC equipment and other manufacturing equipment being traded in
  • Negotiate purchasing deals and process inventory into sales channels
Requirements:
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills are required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business is a plus
