2022 Haas HRT210SP CNC Rotary Table

The Haas HRT210SP is a compact single-axis CNC rotary table built on the same dependable worm-drive design that has made Haas rotaries a fixture in job shops and production cells. The SP series wraps the motor behind the table instead of hanging it off the back, giving a substantially shorter overall length so more table fits in a small work envelope. The HRT210SP carries an 8.30 in (210 mm) platter with six standard T-slots at 60 deg, a 6.000 in center height, and is rated for 170 lb on the platter when supported or 85 lb unsupported. A 90:1 gear ratio on a 6.3 in worm gear produces 210 ft-lbf of continuous torque and a 100 deg/sec maximum speed, while a pneumatic brake holds 200 ft-lbf at 100 psi for heavy 4th-axis cuts. Haas rates the HRT210SP at +/-15 arc-sec indexing accuracy, 10 arc-sec repeatability, 0.001 deg resolution, 0.0005 in maximum runout and 30 arc-sec backlash. On a Haas mill with the 4th-axis drive and NGC software, the table runs as a fully integrated rotary axis directly from the machine control; stand-alone use on other machines is handled through a Haas rotary control box. As an SP model it has no through hole, and the bore depth is the thickness of the platter.

Compared with the standard Haas HRT210, the HRT210SP is the better fit for crowded tables and smaller VMCs. The standard HRT210 extends its motor housing straight out the back of the table, which adds length and can limit X travel on compact vertical machining centers. The SP layout reclaims that space while keeping the same 210 mm platter, 90:1 gearing and 200 ft-lbf brake, so buyers give up no holding power for the shorter footprint. Plug-and-play connection to current Haas NGC controls puts the 4th axis to work quickly on 4-sided parts, bolt-hole patterns, cam profiles and indexed features.

About This Machine

Stop turning away four-sided and indexed work just because your mill only runs three axes - the Haas HRT210SP puts a full 4th axis on the table without eating up your work envelope. Its compact SP design plugs straight into a Haas NGC mill's 4th-axis drive, giving your shop a simple, dependable way to cut more faces in fewer setups.
