2020 Doosan NHP-4000 CNC Horizontal Mill

The 2020 Doosan NHP-4000 is a compact, high-speed horizontal machining center built for precision and high-efficiency multi-face machining. Outfitted with a 25-horsepower, 15000 RPM CAT 40 spindle and a 60-tool automatic tool changer, the machine delivers aggressive cutting performance while maintaining rigidity and thermal stability. Its dual 22.05-inch pallets support automatic 2-pallet indexing with a maximum workpiece capacity of 880 pounds. A full B-axis rotary table allows 1-degree indexing for 4-axis contouring and high-speed positioning, all monitored through a Fanuc i Series CNC control. Rapid traverse rates reach 787 inches per minute across all three axes, and the machine is fully equipped with through-spindle coolant, chip conveyor, and tool probe to support high-mix, high-volume production.
