2019 Averex HS630i CNC Horizontal Mill- Still in Crate, Never Used!

The 2019 Averex HS630i CNC Horizontal Mill is a robust and high-speed horizontal machining center built for thermal stability and continuous operation. Featuring a 10000-RPM dual-contact 50-taper spindle powered by a 50 to 60-HP motor, it offers 41.3-inch X, 35.4-inch Y, and 40.1-inch Z travels, a standard 60-tool magazine, and 2-pallet system expandable to 6 in the field. Its castings are embedded with thermo-couplers and the spindle system is fully cooled, offering precise thermal compensation. The 435-PSI through-spindle coolant, 14-nozzle overhead wash, dual chip augers, and 1-degree indexing rotary table provide excellent chip evacuation and part handling for long production cycles.

Compared to lighter-duty horizontals like the Kitamura HX400i, the HS630i offers larger part capacities up to 51 inches, more aggressive material removal rates, and a significantly more rigid construction with thermal control features embedded throughout. This makes it far more suitable for hard metal machining and demanding automotive or aerospace part runs where performance under load is critical.
