The OKK HM800S, manufactured in 2008, is a high-performance horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty cutting and large-part machining. This unit features dual 31.5" x 31.5" pallets with a 2,645 lb weight capacity per pallet, supporting simultaneous load/unload cycles for continuous operation. The 12-second pallet change time ensures minimal idle time between cycles.

Axis travels span X: 41.3", Y: 35.3", and Z: 34.6", providing a large and rigid machining envelope for multi-sided machining. The B-axis rotary table offers full 4th-axis interpolation with 0.001° resolution, essential for multi-face and contour machining strategies. At the heart of the HM800S is a powerful 40 HP, 12,000 RPM spindle with a CT50 taper, designed to remove material aggressively in steel, cast iron, and titanium.
