A full B-axis rotary table indexes one-thousandth of a degree, letting complex housings, hydraulic blocks or mould inserts run on five faces without manual re-clamp. Dual pallets queue work; while one part cuts, the other can load, saving valuable spindle seconds. Rapids reach one-thousand-nine-hundred-sixty-eight inches-per-minute on all linear axes, and the Fanuc Oi-MD control delivers nano interpolation with hundred-micro-inch commands for tight true-position holes. Compared with Kiwa’s KMH-300 baseline—fifteen-horsepower spindle, umbrella twenty-tool changer and one-pallet layout—the KMH-300A boosts power by thirty-three percent, doubles pallet capacity, upgrades to a forty-station random SMTC and adds through-spindle-coolant plumbing, giving shops higher metal-removal rates and zero-idle changeovers without enlarging the floor print.
