The 2015 Yama Seiki GTZ-2600Y CNC Turning Center is a multitasking powerhouse equipped with twin big-bore spindles and twin 16-station live-tooling turrets each featuring a Y-axis, all under Fanuc?31iB GLINC control. It boasts a 10.62-in swing over the bed, 23.3-in maximum turning length, 7.67-in X1 and 8.26-in X travels, 24.39-in Z travels (extendable to 27.16-in), and ±1.96-in Y-axis travel (3.93-in total). Speeds reach up to 4000 RPM on the main and sub spindles, live-tooling runs to 6000 RPM, with rapid traverses of 945 IPM (X/Z) and 394 IPM (Y).
