Its main spindle delivers 35?horsepower at 4000?RPM via a 6-inch spindle nose and 3.15-inch bore with a Royal QG-65 collet chuck. The sub-spindle offers 15?horsepower at 5000?RPM with a 5-inch nose, 2.17-inch bore, and 4.72-inch offset stroke. Three 12-station turrets provide 192 tool positions (including 36 live-tool stations/72 live tools), and control comes via a Fanuc?31iB CNC.

In contrast to a standard B446-SY2 dual-turret setup, this TROFEO version adds a third turret and significantly boosts live tooling capability, reducing setup and cycle times for complex parts.
