Both spindles include full-contouring C-axis (360°, 0.001° resolution), dual Y-axes for off-center live tooling, and a B-axis turret that houses twelve live tool stations (six axial, six radial) for advanced milling operations. The machine supports a total of 36 tool stations, including gear-driven live tools and turning stations, all programmable through Mitsubishi M700 CNC control with multitasking capabilities. It also includes components such as a MistBuster?850 oil filtration system, parts catcher, chip conveyor, and dedicated chillers for both spindle and cutting oil.
