2011 Ganesh Cyclone 52TTMY CNC Turning Center

The Ganesh Cyclone?52TTMY, manufactured in 2011, is an advanced 8-axis multitasking CNC lathe with twin integral spindles and twin 16-station live-tool turrets for a total of 32 driven tool positions. Each spindle handles up to 2?inch bar capacity with 2.4?inch spindle bore, runs at up to 6,000?RPM, and is powered by a 20?horsepower motor. The upper turret includes full Y-axis motion (±1.38?inch) and full C-axis contouring capability on both spindles (0.001° resolution), enabling turning and milling in a single setup. Rapid feed rates reach 630?inches per minute on the X-axes, 1,573?inches per minute on the Z-axes, and 236?inches per minute on the Y-axis. The lathe also includes a 25.59?inch B-axis for sub-spindle indexing, a parts catcher, chip conveyor, MistBuster coolant filtration, Renishaw-style tool setter, and spindle refrigeration. Control is via the Mitsubishi M-700 high-speed multitasking CNC.
