2019 Haas ST-20Y CNC Lathe with Sub-Spindle

The 2019 Haas ST-20Y is a next-generation Y-axis CNC turning centre engineered for one-setup, done-in-one part machining. Boasting a swing over bed of twenty-one inches and machining capacity of up to eleven and three-quarter inches in diameter and twenty-two and a half inches in length, it accommodates up to two-and-a-half-inch bar feed material via its eight-and-a-quarter-inch main hydraulic chuck with a 3.50-inch bore. Powered by a twenty-horsepower spindle and capable of four thousand revolutions per minute, the spindle and C-axis deliver up to six thousand RPM live tooling support via a fully servo-driven C-axis at five horsepower.

Integrated with the Haas NextGen touch screen control, this ST-20Y includes ±two-inch Y-axis travel for off-center milling, a twenty-four-station BMT-65 turret, an eight-inch main spindle plus a five-inch sub-spindle fully synchronized to four thousand and six thousand RPM respectively, and smart automation features such as auto door, parts catcher, high-pressure coolant, and chip-to-chip time under two seconds. It comes fully equipped for lights-out multitasking, and is ideal for advanced production in automotive, aerospace, and medical machining.
