2009 Mazak QTN-200II CNC Lathe

The 2009 Mazak QTN-200 II is a robust production turning center engineered for mid-volume and precision work. It delivers a 24" maximum swing over the bed and a 20" turning length, managed via Mazatrol Matrix Nexus CNC. Its 35 HP (30 HP continuous) spindle delivers up to 5000 RPM through an A2-6 nose into a 2.56" bar capacity (3.00" bore) with rapid traverse speeds of 1181 IPM (X-axis) and 1299 IPM (Z-axis). An 8" hydraulic chuck, programmable MT-5 tailstock, and a 12-station drum turret provide excellent capacity and flexibility. Standard features include tool setter, parts catcher, chip conveyor, and optional bar feeder interface for lights-out production.

In comparison to simpler bench lathes or smaller-capacity 2-axis models (e.g., QTN-150), the QTN-200 II offers greater spindle torque, better bar handling, and faster traverses.
