2006 Mazak QTN-200II CNC Lathe

The 2006 Mazak QTN-200II is a rugged two-axis Quick Turn lathe with 24" swing over bed, 20" turning length, and an 8" hydraulic chuck accepting up to 2" bar stock. Under its hood lies a powerful 35 HP spindle (30 HP continuous) coupled to a 5,000 RPM A2-6 nose with a 3.00" bore, designed for high-precision, long-length part production. Rapid traverse rates reach 1,181 IPM (X) and 1,299 IPM (Z) using a robust 12-station drum turret. Control is via Mazatrol Matrix Nexus, complete with programmable tailstock, parts catcher, chip conveyor, and optional tool presetter.

Relative to non-branded or lighter bench-top lathes, the QTN-200II’s larger bore, 2" bar capacity, and higher torque spindle make it much better suited for production turning. Compared to older QTN-150 or QTN-150M machines, this model delivers greater spindle horsepower and enhanced automation capabilities for higher throughput.
