2019 Miyano BNX-51MSY CNC Lathe with Barfeeder

The Miyano BNX-51MSY (2019) is a high-rigidity multitasking turning center featuring dual spindles, a single 12-station live-tool turret, and simultaneous front-rear machining enabled by its proprietary sub-spindle superimposition. It supports Y-axis milling (+/–1.57"), C-axis contouring (±0.001°), and live tooling up to 6,000 RPM. Each spindle rotates to 5,000 RPM with 20 HP main and 10 HP sub motors. Max bar capacity is 2.00" with a 5.9" cutting length. Mitsubishi M70V CNC provides advanced interpolation, rigid tapping, helical interpolation, and tool life management—all in a compact 12,000 lb footprint equipped with chip & part conveyors, mist collector, parts catcher, tool monitoring, and 145 PSI coolant.

Compact BNX models offer more power, rigidity, and control than similar fixed-head stock turning centers. While older Citizen Swiss lathes excel at micro-bar work, the BNX-51MSY brings broader piece part capability and higher throughput for aerospace, automotive, and medical parts. Its single turret with multi-tool superimposition provides the flexibility of dual-turret machines with simplified tool changes.
