The 2005 Romi E-320BMY CNC Turning Center is a robust multitasking platform designed for high-precision and mid-length part production. Outfitted with a GE Fanuc 18i-T control, this machine supports powerful dual 25 horsepower spindles, 4500 RPM speeds, and live tooling across 12 turret stations. With a Y-axis travel of 3.94 inches and full Cs contouring, it facilitates polygon turning, polar interpolation, and cylindrical engraving. Its working capacity includes a maximum cutting diameter of 12.59 inches and cutting length of 23.62 inches, further enhanced by a 2.52 inch main bar capacity and 100 PSI coolant system. Supporting automation and flexibility, it is equipped with a tool setter, parts catcher, conveyor, and an LNS Quick Load Servo 65 barfeeder.
