The 2018 Tsugami M08SY-II CNC Turning Center integrates high-performance Y-axis milling, C-axis contouring, and sub-spindle capabilities into a single platform designed for precision multitasking. Its 8.7 inch X-axis travel and 15.7 inch Z-axis reach support a maximum turning diameter of 11 inches and a maximum cutting length of 14.96 inches. With a 12-position live tooling turret, collet chucks on both the main and sub-spindle, and a 2 inch bar capacity, this lathe is purpose-built for mid-to-high volume complex part production. The Fanuc 0i-TF control offers intuitive programming alongside the convenience of a tool presetter and Edge Rebel V-65 servo-driven barfeeder.
