2012 Mazak Integrex J-300 5-Axis CNC Lathe

The 2012 Mazak Integrex J-300 is a full-featured mill-turn center with a 26.8?inch swing, 19.7?inch turning diameter, and 40?inch center distance. It includes 24.2?inch X, ±4.9?inch Y, and 27.4?inch Z travels; equipped with a powerful 25?HP turning spindle (4,000?RPM) and a 30?HP milling spindle (12,000?RPM) mounted on a 220° B-axis with C-axis indexing to 0.0001° precision. It features a 60-tool magazine, 10-inch hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, full-axis scales, chip conveyor, high-pressure coolant, and runs on Mazatrol Matrix or Nexus control—ideal for complex, single-setup production of aerospace and medical components.

When compared with Mazak’s earlier Integrex J-200 model, the J-300 adds a larger turning envelope, higher-turning torque, additional Y-axis stroke, and a more powerful milling spindle, enabling deeper axial cuts and longer X-axis machining in the same cycle. These enhancements make the J-300 better suited for larger, multi-feature parts without sacrificing setup simplicity or precision.
