1999 Mazak Integrex 200SY CNC Lathe

The 1999 Mazak Integrex 200SY is a capable multi-axis CNC lathe that seamlessly blends turning, milling, and part transfer operations in a compact and robust platform. Controlled by the intuitive Mazatrol 640MT, the machine offers full 5-axis machining capabilities on the main spindle via an integrated live tool milling spindle rated at 6,000 RPM. The main spindle delivers 25 HP and supports C-axis indexing, enabling contouring and positioning operations, while the sub-spindle, driven by a 10 HP motor, is dedicated to finishing tasks with a spindle speed of 5,000 RPM, though it does not include a C-axis.
