2021 Haas ST-15 CNC Lathe w/ Robot Package

The 2021 Haas ST-15 is a compact, high-performance CNC turning center engineered for precision machining of small-to-medium diameter parts. This model is equipped with an 8.3" hydraulic chuck on an A2-6 spindle nose, delivering up to 4,000 RPM from a high-torque belt-driven spindle. With a 12-station bolt-on turret, rigid tapping, and spindle orientation, the machine is built for demanding applications with tight tolerances.

The machine features automation-ready options such as Auto Door, WiFi camera, coolant mist condenser, chuck air blast, and Safe Run, making it fully capable of unattended production. The tailstock with hydraulic quill ensures part support for longer components.

At the heart of this automation setup is Haas Robot Package 1—a fully integrated 6-axis robotic arm with 15.4 lb (7 kg) payload capacity, 35.9" reach, and 0.0004" (0.010 mm) repeatability. Controlled entirely through the Haas NextGen control interface, it requires no external PLC or robot programming. The system includes the robot arm, software, electrical interface, guarding, solenoids, cables, and Haas' Remote Jog Handle Touchscreen (RJH-T).
