A high-torque main spindle with 3.15-inch bore spins at up to 5,000 RPM and is paired with a 30-horsepower motor. The machine features a 12,000-RPM milling spindle on a B-axis with -30 to +210 degrees of indexing at 0.001-degree resolution, and C-axis control on both main and sub spindles for full contouring. Y-axis travel of 9.84 inches complements the 25.39-inch X-axis and 62.99-inch Z-axis, with rapid traverse rates of 1,968 IPM in X/Z and 1,574 IPM in Y.
