The 2022 DMC DL-22LA CNC Lathe is a precision-built turning center engineered with a 21.65-inch swing over bed, 11.02-inch maximum cutting diameter, and 19.29-inch cutting length. A 10-inch three-jaw chuck holds bars up to 2.56-inches through a 4000-RPM spindle, driven by a 20-horsepower motor for strong torque across speed ranges. Its 12-position turret accommodates a versatile tool set, while box ways provide rigidity and vibration damping for heavy-duty cutting. Equipped with a Fanuc 0iTF CNC Control, tailstock, tool probe, parts catcher, and chip conveyor, the DL-22LA is designed for efficient part programming, smooth setups, and consistent production cycles.

Compared with smaller DMC DL-series machines, the DL-22LA increases bar capacity, horsepower, and swing, providing greater flexibility for mid-sized part production.
