2006 Mazak QTN-100M CNC Lathe w/ Live Tooling

The 2006 Mazak QTN-100M is a compact multitasking turning center, ideal for precise parts fabrication. It boasts a 21.65-inch swing over bed, 7.25-inch X-axis travel, and 13-inch Z-axis travel. A 6-inch collet/hydraulic chuck mounted on an A2-5 spindle spins at 6000 RPM, powered by a 15 HP motor, allowing turning diameters up to 11-inches and bar capacity of 1.625 inches. The machine includes live tooling with C-axis indexing, a 12-position drum turret, Mazatrol 640T Control, chip conveyor, tool presetter, parts catcher, and tailstock for versatile one-setup machining.
