The 2014?Mazak Quick Turn Nexus?200-II CNC Turning Center offers a solid universal turning package with a 21.7-inch swing over bed, 14.75-inch turning diameter, and 22.7-inch between-centers capacity. Its 35-HP main spindle reaches 5000 RPM, powered through Mazatrol Matrix Nexus 2 CNC control. The machine comes outfitted with full automation and tooling: an LNS Quickload Servo?80 S2 short barfeeder; chip conveyor; tool presetter; parts catcher; magnetic parts conveyor; and a full set of turning & boring toolholders.

Compared with earlier or basic Nexus 200-II units, this 2014 version, especially with Matrix Nexus 2 control and included automation extras, reduces operator intervention and setup times, improves consistency, and offers capacity and flexibility to work with heavier, larger or more complex turning jobs more efficiently.
