The 2015 Okuma Multus B300-II CNC Lathe is a multitasking platform offering a 24.8-inch swing over saddle and 35.43-inch distance between centers with 22.83-inch X, 35.51-inch Z, and ±3.15-inch Y travels. Its 10-inch main spindle turns 5000 RPM with 30-horsepower drive through a 3.93-inch bore, while an 8-inch sub spindle spins 6000 RPM with 15-horsepower for back-working. A 12000-RPM Capto C6 milling spindle delivers full 5-axis machining with a 30 to +195-degree B-axis indexed to 0.001 degree, served by a 120-tool automatic changer. The OSP-P300S control drives the system, supported by probing, tool presetting, bar feeding, and 1000-PSI through-spindle coolant.
