The 2006 Mazak Cybertech 4500M CNC Lathe provides a 33.8-inch swing, 31.9-inch maximum machining diameter, and 120-inch cutting length for oversized turning. Equipped with a 21-inch scroll chuck and 7-inch spindle bore, its 50-horsepower spindle generates 4273 foot-pounds of torque at up to 1600 RPM. Axis travels measure 21.5-inches in X and 132.2-inches in Z with rapid traverses of 945 IPM in X and 1181 IPM in Z, while C-axis indexing to 0.001 degree enables contouring and milling through the 12-station live-tool turret. A 12.2-inch steady rest, tailstock, and chip conveyor support long shaft turning, all managed by Mazatrol 640MT Pro control with EIA/ISO programming and macro capability.
