The 2020 Haas ST-30Y CNC Lathe is a high-performance Y-axis turning center designed for precision and versatility. It features a 10-inch 3-jaw chuck, 3400-RPM belt-drive main spindle, and 4000-RPM live tooling integrated into a 12-station BMT65 turret with full C-axis control. Equipped with a tool presetter, 55-gallon coolant tank, and multi-stage coolant pump, the machine provides efficient chip and coolant management. The Haas control system includes a widescreen interface, Ethernet and WiFi connectivity, advanced tool management, and HaasConnect for remote monitoring. Additional features such as spindle orientation, rigid tapping, and power-failure protection ensure stability and repeatability in demanding production environments.

Compared with standard 2-axis ST-30 models, the ST-30Y introduces Y- and C-axis capability along with live tooling, transforming it into a full mill-turn center.
