The 2007 Weiler E50X2000 Flat Bed CNC Lathe is a German-engineered heavy-duty turning center built for long-part, oilfield, and industrial shaft work, featuring 78.7 inches between centers, 22.4 inch swing over bed, and a 3.27 inch spindle bore for pass-through capacity. Equipped with a 30 HP spindle turning up to 2,500 RPM, a 15.75 inch 4-jaw chuck, 4-way Aloris-type tool holder, Mayfran chip conveyor, 6 inch hydraulic steady rest, tailstock, and Siemens/Weiler CNC control, this machine delivers consistent precision on long cycle production runs.

Compared to the predecessor Weiler E50 base model, the E50X2000 variant extends travel to a full 2000mm (78.7 inches) in Z, enabling substantially longer turning lengths than the shorter bed configurations. Combined with the Siemens/Weiler CNC control upgrade over earlier Weiler Numerik generations, the E50X2000 offers smoother programmable contouring and better repeatability on long shafts than earlier short-bed E50 configurations.
