2014 Tsugami B0326-II CNC Swiss Gang Lathe

The 2014 Tsugami B0326-II is a 6-axis CNC Swiss-type gang lathe built for high-volume precision parts in the 32mm-and-under range, with a 320mm maximum machining length and full back-spindle capability — 32mm chucking capacity, M10 tapping, and matched drilling support. Running on a Fanuc Series 32i-Model B control, this unit carries 31 total tool positions in a 16×16×100mm block format and arrives fully equipped: IEMCA bar feeder, a 2013 MP Systems V-2 HW8 high-pressure/high-volume coolant system (7.5HP, 460V), TRI-MIST mist collector, LNS Turbo 12” chip conveyor, and a 3-1/2” part exit conveyor. A factory-optional misting system for gearbox protection and a static angled tool position round out a package that has been running oil in active production.

Compared to the original Tsugami B0326-I, the B0326-II delivers substantive upgrades: true 6-axis simultaneous machining capability, a Fanuc 32i-Model B control replacing the older 16i/18i-series, and improved back-spindle tooling integration that enables complete secondary operations in a single setup. The -II generation also refined the headstock and guide bushing assembly for improved structural rigidity. This particular unit features a new back-working block — a $13,000 upgrade that Tsugami has acknowledged as a design refinement across the 326 line — making it one of the better-configured B0326-IIs available.
