Both upper and lower BMT55 turrets carry 12 stations and Y-axis travel with live milling capability — meaning this machine can finish a complete part with simultaneous OD/ID work, off-center milling, and back-end operations on the sub-spindle without operator intervention. Powered by 35 HP main and sub spindles spinning to 5,000 RPM with 10 HP live tooling at 5,000 RPM, paired with an LNS Servo 80 bar feeder, ATS Chipblast 1000 PSI through-spindle coolant, Mistaway mist collector, and Renishaw tool probing, this Puma TT2100SYY is configured for true lights-out automation.
