The 2012 Doosan Lynx 220LM is a compact, high-performance CNC turning center with integrated live tooling and C-axis capability, designed for shops that need to complete turned and milled features in a single chucking. Built around a 20 HP, 6,000 RPM main spindle with an A2-5 nose and 2-inch bar capacity, the Lynx 220LM handles bar stock and chuck work across steel, aluminum, and stainless with confidence. The 12-station turret with live tooling drives cross-drilling, tapping, milling, and off-center features without moving the part to a second machine. This unit comes well-equipped with an LNS bar feeder for unattended bar work, a parts catcher for lights-out operation, a tool presetter for fast and accurate tool setup, and a chip conveyor to keep the work zone clear during production runs.
