2003 Mazak Integrex 200-IIIS CNC Multi-Tasking Turning Center

The 2003 Mazak Integrex 200-IIIS is a horizontal multi-tasking turning center built around a B-axis live milling spindle, integrated sub-spindle, and Y-axis travel. This combination lets a single setup complete turning, milling, drilling, off-center machining, and backside finishing on parts that would otherwise pass through a lathe and a separate machining center. The 5-axis B-axis capability opens up complex contoured surfaces and angled features without refixturing, and the sub-spindle handoff eliminates a full second operation on most part families.

Compared to the earlier Mazak Integrex 200 and 200-II generations, the 200-IIIS is built around the integrated S-class sub-spindle configuration so finished parts transfer and cut off in a single cycle, with a refined B-axis milling spindle and the Mazatrol 640MT multi-process control for conversational and EIA/ISO programming on the same platform. The result is a tighter, more production-ready done-in-one platform than the prior 200-series machines.
