The Mazak Quick Turn 200 (QTN 200) is a high-rigidity 8-inch-chuck CNC turning center built around an integral-motor spindle for productive, accurate bar and chuck work, the configuration that has made the Quick Turn line one of the best-selling turning centers in the world. This 2025 machine offers a 24.02 inch maximum swing, a 13.78 inch maximum turning diameter, roughly 20 inch maximum machining length, a 2.0 inch bar capacity, a 2.99 inch spindle bore, and an A2-6 spindle nose, driven by a 5,000 RPM main spindle with a 35 HP integral motor. A 12-station drum turret delivers fast, low-interference tool changes, and the machine is fitted with high-pressure coolant and a chip conveyor, all run from the current-generation Mazatrol SmoothG touchscreen control with conversational and EIA/ISO programming.

Compared to the earlier Quick Turn Nexus 200 generation it succeeded, this Quick Turn 200 runs the newer Mazatrol SmoothG control - a faster, touchscreen platform with 3D part visualization and improved EIA programming over the prior Matrix control - and pairs it with a belt-free built-in motor spindle that improves roundness and surface finish while eliminating belt maintenance.
