2022 DN Solutions Puma 5100LC CNC Big-Bore Lathe

The DN Solutions Puma 5100LC Big Bore is a heavy-duty box-way CNC turning center built for large-diameter, long, and heavy workpieces. This 2022 machine features a 10.5 inch big-bore spindle driven by a 50 HP, 2-speed headstock delivering 3,294 ft-lbs of torque at up to 1,000 RPM, paired with a 24-3/4 inch 4-jaw Bison power chuck. It handles up to 26 inches in turning diameter and 82 inches in length, with X/Z travels of 14.23 / 84.8 inches and rapids of 630 / 787 IPM. The machine is equipped with a 12-station turret, a programmable hydraulic tailstock, box way construction for rigidity, an LNS Turbo HB chip conveyor, a full dual-door enclosure, and the Fanuc i Series Plus control with the EZ Work conversational interface.

Compared with earlier Doosan and Daewoo Puma big-bore lathes, this current-generation DN Solutions 5100LC pairs the proven Puma box-way platform with the newer Fanuc i Series Plus control and EZ Work interface for faster setup and more intuitive programming.
