2024 Mazak QT-EZ10MSY CNC Lathe w/ LNS Bar Feeder

The Mazak QT-Ez 10MSY is a CNC turning center with Y-axis milling and a second spindle, built on Mazak's QUICK TURN heritage that has made the brand a fixture in job shops and production floors that run complex turned parts. This 2024 machine offers a 27.4 inch maximum swing, a 13.5 inch maximum machining diameter, a 20.78 inch maximum machining length, and 2.5 inch bar capacity, with X, Y, and Z travels of 8.5 x 4.0 x 23.75 inches and rapid traverse of 1,181, 394, and 1,417 ipm. The 10 inch main spindle runs to 4,200 RPM on a 20 HP motor with an A2-6 nose, while the 6 inch second spindle reaches 6,000 RPM on a 10 HP motor with 23 inches of W-axis travel for full part transfer and back-working. A 12-position turret carries live tooling rated 6,000 RPM and 7.5 HP, and the Mazatrol SmoothEz control manages the Y-axis and C-axis work.
