2011 Mazak Integrex e-670H-S II B-Axis CNC Mill-Turn Machine with Sub-Spindle

The Mazak Integrex e-670H-S II is a large-capacity B-axis CNC mill-turn machine built on the Integrex multi-tasking platform that has made Mazak a trusted name in energy, mining, aerospace, and heavy-equipment shops. This 2011 unit pairs a 1,600 RPM, 60 HP main spindle with a matching 1,600 RPM, 60 HP sub-spindle for second-side machining without re-chucking. The B-axis milling head carries a 10,000 RPM, 50 HP milling spindle with -30 to +210 degrees of B-axis travel, and the machine offers a 42.13 inch maximum swing and machining diameter, 40.35 inch X-axis travel, and 26.38 inch Y-axis travel for off-center milling, drilling, and tapping. It runs a Mazatrol Matrix CNC control with options including simultaneous 5-axis machining, tool center point control, tilted working plane, 5-axis tool length compensation, sub C-axis control, synchronized mill tapping, EIA helical tap and pattern cycles, and G54.1 extended work offsets. Dual programmable steady rests support long, slender workpieces, and a 1000 PSI high-pressure coolant system helps clear chips in deep drilling and tough alloys.

Compared with the earlier Integrex e-650H and e-650H II, the e-670H-S II steps up to a 42.13 inch swing from roughly 36 inches, opening the door to bigger shafts, housings, and valve bodies. Mazak also replaced the Mazatrol Fusion 640M Pro control used on the e-650H generation with the Mazatrol Matrix, bringing faster processing, smoother high-speed contouring, stronger 5-axis programming, and easier conversational setup. The result is a more capable machine than its predecessors, not just a newer one, built to complete large, complex parts in a single setup and cut handling time on every job.
