The 1999?Mazak VTC-200B is a precision vertical machining centre ideal for medium-sized part production in industries such as aerospace, automotive, mold and die, and general engineering. It provides forty-four inch X-axis travel, twenty inch Y-axis travel, and twenty inch Z-axis travel over a generous fifty-seven inch by twenty inch worktable that supports up to one thousand seven hundred sixty pounds. Equipped with a CAT?40 spindle capable of up to ten-thousand RPM and driven by a twenty-horsepower motor, this machine balances rapid metal removal rates with smooth surface finishes. It is controlled by the user-friendly Mazatrol Fusion?640M interface, offering Mazatrol and EIA/ISO programming compatibility.

This machine includes a twenty-four station side-mount automatic tool changer with one point five second tool-to-tool change time, rigid tapping, spindle orientation, and standard coolant through spindle provision. The machine’s rapid traverse rates reach one thousand one hundred eighty-one inches per minute on each axis. A 4th-axis programmable rotary table and chip conveyor are present, along with options for probing and coolant filtration systems, positioning this unit as a flexible production centre.
