1999 Fadal VMC15 CNC Vertical Mill with 4th Axis Indexer

The 1999 Fadal VMC15, equipped with an Index Designs 5C collet-type 4th-axis rotary table, is a compact yet capable vertical machining centre ideal for small- to mid-scale precision work. It offers 20.0?inch travels in X and Z axes, and 16.0?inch in the Y-axis, on a 29.5-by-16-inch table that supports up to 750?pounds. Driven by a 15-horsepower vector spindle operating up to 7,500?RPM and using CAT-40 taper tooling, it delivers stable performance with vector torque and dual ball­-screw drives.

Running Fadal’s industry-recognized CNC88HS control, this machine includes a 20-station carousel tool changer, programmable 4th-axis indexer, chip conveyor and coolant system. With 400 IPM rapid traverse on all axes and rigid cast-iron construction minimising vibration during milling and tapping, the VMC15 offers efficiency in a small footprint. The rotary table adds multi-sided capability, making it versatile for production fixtures and indexing tasks.
