2013 Haas Mini-Mill CNC Vertical Machining Center

The 2013 Haas Mini Mill is a compact yet robust 40-taper vertical machining centre with travels of 16" (X), 14" (Y), and 15" (Z), mounted on a 36" x 12" work table. Powered by a 10 HP spindle capable of 6,000 RPM, driven via vector control, it includes a 10-station carousel tool changer, Y-axis washdown nozzle for chip clearance, and single-phase or three-phase operation options. Rapid traverse rates reach 800 IPM, and the machine actively supports programmable coolant and advanced Haas control features like rigid tapping, media M-code (M130), and remote monitoring.

Compared to larger VF-series mills, the Mini Mill offers similar build quality and control intelligence in a much smaller footprint, making it ideal where floor space is premium. Though smaller in travel and horsepower, it still delivers crisp surface finishes and automation-ready features, outperforming most benchtop or hobby-grade vertical mills.
