The 2010 Mori Seiki NMV1500DCG is a 5-axis vertical machining center purpose-built for micro to small part precision in high-throughput environments. Anchored by a 20?000?RPM HSK40 spindle and backed by a 60-tool ATC, this machine offers dynamic B-axis movement of +160 to -180 degrees, and full-contour 360-degree C-axis control, ideal for intricate multi-surface machining. With travels of 16.5 inch in X, 15.7 inch in Z, and 8.3 inch in Y, it is finely tuned for compact, high-tolerance parts, particularly in aerospace, medical, and precision die/mould applications.
