2014 Haas VF-2SS CNC Vertical Mill

The 2014 Haas VF-2SS is a Super-Speed vertical machining centre engineered for rapid cycle times and precision multi-surface work. With 30 inches of X-axis travel, 16 inches in Y, and 20 inches in Z, it hosts a 36 inch by 18 inch table rated to hold 1500 pounds. Driven by a 30-horsepower motor, its BT or CT 40-taper spindle reaches 12000 RPM and supports 833 IPM cutting rates. The machine delivers thrust up to 1995 pounds in X and Y and up to 3085 pounds in Z. The 24-tool automatic changer, WIPS probing, programmable coolant, and chip auger contribute to efficient, smart machining. It is wired for a 4th axis and includes a detached rotary table for extended capability.
