The Smart SV2 is a modern vertical machining center, built in 2023 to meet the demands of precision component production with compact efficiency and robust machining power. It features a generous X-axis travel of 31.4", Y and Z travels of 19.6" each, and a durable 39.2" x 19.6" table, accommodating a range of workpiece sizes and fixtures.

Driving the machining capability is a 10,000 RPM spindle powered by a 20/25 HP motor, utilizing the CAT40 Big Plus taper for enhanced rigidity and cutting stability. A fully integrated 4th axis rotary table brings added flexibility to machine multiple sides in a single setup, significantly reducing cycle times and fixture changes.

Control and automation are enhanced through programmable coolant, a chip conveyor, and a tool setter, which improve thermal control, chip evacuation, and automated tool calibration.
