2020 Doosan DVF-8000T CNC Vertical Machining Center

The 2020 Doosan?DVF-8000T is a next-generation simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center with integrated turning functionality. It features a 31.5?inch rotary-tilting table (±120° A-axis, 360° C-axis), 39.4?inch X, 35.4?inch Y, and 27?inch Z travels, and is powered by an 18,000?RPM HSK-T63 spindle with a 30?HP motor. It houses a 120-tool automatic tool changer, rear chip conveyor, through-spindle coolant and air, spindle and coolant chillers, USB interface, rigid tapping, and Doosan CUFOS (Fanuc-based) control with intelligent kinematic compensation and block lookahead.

Compared to the smaller DVF-6500—which shares the same spindle and control but uses 24-inch rotary tables—the DVF-8000T steps up with a full 31.5-inch table, higher rapid feed (1,772?IPM), 120-tool capacity, and integrated C-axis turning at 600?RPM. While the DVF-6500 handles medium-sized 5-axis parts, the DVF-8000T elevates capacity and flexibility with its larger table, full mill-turn capability, and extended automation readiness.
