2015 Kasuga YMT V100 CNC Vertical Machining Center

The 2015 YMT V100 delivers exceptional rigidity and precision with casting and extra-wide Y-axis base support, offering travels of 40.2" (X), 21.3" (Y), and 22.6" (Z), and a 43.3" x 19.7" table rated to 990 lb load capacity. It features linear guide with 45 mm ballscrews, servo-driven axes, high-speed FANUC 0i-MD control, and a 20 HP 10000 RPM CAT-40 spindle. The unit includes a 24-position swing-arm ATC, chip chute conveyor, remote pulse generator, and spindle air-blast. It comes prepped for a 4th-axis rotary table installation.

Compared to smaller narrow-based VMCs, the V100’s broad Y base and precision ballscrews deliver superior thermal stability, repeatability, and dynamic accuracy. Its spindle speed and rigid structure outperform mid-range CAT-40 mills in mold and die applications, while 4th-axis readiness offers flexibility absent from most single-axis models.
