The 2019 DMG Mori CMX-1100V is a vertical machining centre built for intelligent, high-speed, multi-application cutting with premium accuracy and integration. With generous axis travels of 43.3 inches X, 22 inches Y, and 20.1 inches Z, it can accommodate workpieces up to 55.1 inches long and weighing 2204.6 pounds. The high-speed spindle reaches up to 12000 RPM via a CAT 40 taper, and the machine is prepared for through-spindle coolant operations. Tool handling is streamlined with a 30-tool magazine, and measurement accuracy is elevated by a Renishaw spindle probe, table probe, and W setter.
