The 2015 Elumatec SBZ-122/33 CNC Vertical Machining Center delivers specialized aluminum profile machining with an expansive 151.57-inch X-axis travel, 13.78-inch Y-axis travel, and 11.02-inch Z-axis travel, supported by a 149.6-inch bed length. Its HSK-F63 spindle develops 9.4 horsepower, reaching 24000 RPM, while a 6-tool automatic tool changer accommodates five standard tools and a dedicated rotating angle head. Equipped with an absolute encoder system that requires no homing, a pivotable Windows XP-based control terminal, pneumatic clamps with automatic recognition, chip evacuation with trolley, and pulsed spray coolant, the machine ensures accuracy, safety, and productivity in profile processing.

Compared with earlier SBZ models such as the SBZ-122/30, the SBZ-122/33 extends X-axis travel, increases rigidity, and integrates the rotating angle head as standard. This combination allows operators to perform more complex multi-side routing and drilling in a single setup, reducing handling and cycle time while increasing machining versatility.
