2019 Haas UMC-1000 5-Axis CNC Vertical Mill w/ Coordinated Motion

The 2019 Haas UMC-1000 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center provides a large work envelope of 40" X, 25" Y, and 25" Z travels on a rigid trunnion-style platform. It features an 10000 RPM CAT40 spindle, a 30+1 side-mount tool changer, and integrated wireless probing for automated setup. Designed for complex 5-sided or simultaneous 5-axis machining, the UMC-1000 employs coordinated motion for accurate contouring, supported by chip conveyor evacuation and Haas’s robust CNC control. Each unit is production-ready with a standard package optimized for both prototyping and high-volume runs.

Compared with the smaller UMC-750, the UMC-1000 extends the travels and table capacity, allowing the machining of larger components while maintaining the same integrated 5-axis versatility.
