The 2013 Mazak Nexus 510C-II CNC Vertical Machining Center combines precision, speed, and durability in a versatile 3-axis platform. Its 52 x 21-inch table supports a machining envelope of approximately 41.3-inches in X, 20.8-inches in Y, and 20.8-inches in Z travel, providing capacity for workpieces up to 2640 pounds. The machine uses a CAT40 taper spindle rated at 12000 RPM, driven by an 25-horsepower motor, delivering excellent torque and finish quality across a broad range of materials. Rapid traverse rates reach approximately 1417 IPM, and the 30-tool side-mount automatic tool changer ensures quick transitions between operations. Controlled by the Mazatrol Matrix Nexus CNC system, it supports both conversational and EIA/ISO G-code programming.

Compared with earlier Nexus 510C models, the 510C-II offers faster spindle speeds, higher rigidity, and an improved side-mount ATC for reduced cycle times.
