2018 Haas VF-11/40 CNC Vertical Machining Center

The 2018 Haas VF-11/40 CNC Vertical Machining Center is a large-frame VMC with 120-inch X, 40-inch Y, and 30-inch Z travels paired with a 120 x 28-inch table. Its CT-40 spindle reaches 15000 RPM with a 30-horsepower vector motor producing 90 foot-pounds of torque at 2000 RPM. Rapids move at 360 IPM in X and 600 IPM in Y and Z, with cutting feeds of 360 IPM. A 40-tool automatic changer supports tools up to 12 pounds, enabling flexibility across long machining cycles. The machine weighs 29000 pounds and includes a 95-gallon flood coolant system with programmable nozzle, through-spindle coolant, and Renishaw wireless probing.

Compared with mid-sized VF-series models such as the VF-6/40, the VF-11/40 provides double the X-axis travel and a much larger table for oversized parts.
