The 2022 Tormach 1100M CNC Vertical Machining Center is a precision-built compact mill designed for versatility and control. Featuring 18-inch X, 11-inch Y, and 16.25-inch Z travels, the 1100M offers 7500 RPM spindle speed, a 10-tool automatic umbrella changer, and a fully enclosed work area for safe and efficient machining. Equipped with a Microarc 4th axis, 3-jaw chuck with 5C collet arbor, Fog Buster coolant system, and digital probing system, it’s configured for high-accuracy multi-axis machining with minimal operator intervention.

Compared to the 770M, the 1100M provides larger travels, higher torque, and an expansive accessories package, including a SMW fixture plate, modular vise system, and a wide variety of collet and tool holder sets. Its PathPilot control system enhances intuitive operation and high-speed machining, while the Fog Buster coolant and tooling options make it ready for both aluminum and steel production.
